Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find all relevant information regarding the shipment and delivery of your order. This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our webshop and is compliant with applicable Dutch and EU legislation.

1. Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Outside EU: 5–14 business days (customs clearance may affect delivery time)

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days without prior agreement, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated during checkout. These depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. 

3. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us in writing via email within 14 days of delivery

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days after notification

  • Products must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, additional customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
