Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order?
To track the status of your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. For pre-order items, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided in the product description.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Shipping availability and costs vary by region and will be shown at checkout.
Why hasn't the tracking info been updated?
Shipping labels are occasionally created before the items are shipped, leading to delays in tracking updates. If you encounter such delays, rest assured that your order is in progress.
How do I change the shipping address for my order?
Only if your order has not been shipped yet, you can update the shipping address by contacting us at Desire12088@hotmail.com with yourorder numberand the corrected address details.
My parcel arrived damaged, or items are missing.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll sort a replacement or refund.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to register your return through our email info@bydesire.eu. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns sent back without registering through the portal can't be processed.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordered pieces are produced after you order. It's how we bring back sold-out styles and release limited runs. Expect delivery around 6-9 weeks after the website is closed from your order date. The exact window is always listed on the product page, and we email you at every stage, including tracking once it ships.
Can i return a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders follow the same return conditions as everything else. The 14-day window starts on the day of delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Wero, MobilePay, BLIK, and Union Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and card information is always encrypted.
